A. I’m passionate about France. In 2009, I created the French Affair Expo and after it's phenomenal success, joined with the French community to create the 2010 and 2011 Brisbane French Festival - now the biggest French Festival in Australia. I love giving my clients service that knocks their socks off.

A. Being part of the French community and being seen to be an active contributor to that community. Keeping in contact with customers with newsletters that are interesting, informative and useful to them rather than just selling products.

A. Increased exposure for my business leading to new interested clients joining as members and / or increased sales.
