Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. I believe that so far, we’ve largely been responding to life from automatic childhood programs, without being aware of it. Now it’s possible to change these programs – often easily – and enjoy life and relationships. When we do that we become authentic and courageous masters of our destiny. I also believe we each have a purpose that brings us joy. For many of us, one of the real challenges in life is to discover what it is and how we can incorporate it into our lives as much as possible.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. I’m sort of a mental and emotional gardener! I help people weed out old, unhelpful and unthinking reactions and then in collaboration with them, seed more mature, productive and inspiring responses. For example reducing defensiveness and over-reactions; improving confidence and self-esteem.

Q. What makes your business unique?
A. As a hypnotherapist, I craft sessions interactively with my clients, allowing their subconscious mind to guide us to the inner experience that once changed, will facilitate their improved wellbeing. We also work with their meridian system to bring about noticeable emotional improvement.

A. Word of mouth and referrals

A. To exchange suitable referrals, to make new business connections in an enjoyable and sociable way.

A. Help with emotional issues in connection with their business so they can stay focussed and enthusiastic.
