A. Not always easy yet I believe that LOVE is the answer to all problems. IF we can live with love then the choices we make reflecting on the actions we take, will not effect anyone detrimentally IF we do it all in love. I live a healthy lifestyle in both what I eat along with the exercise I do. I may have the old glass of wine at times with my meal but do not abuse.
