If you are looking for a solution that provides you with the
tools and shows you how to set up the procedures you need for the ‘day to day’ running of your business, then
this Manual is bound to please.
The manual is divided into 7 Categories that every business needs to consider; though some types of businesses
may need more detail in one area than the other.
1. Quality of Workmanship
2. Customer Service
3. Business Development and Growth
4. Technology Usage
5. HR, Employment and self Employment
6. Relevant Training
7. Community, Environment, Lifestyle Find out how to eat an
elephant
I like the way this Manual tackles the problem of setting up procedures with easy to follow and understand
templates. The 234 pages of templates, tips and case studies ensure that the reader receives value packed
information that can turn their business around. I particularly like the way it explains the purpose and necessity
for each template. Nothing is left to guess work.
The author recognises that people constantly waste time looking for
misplaced documents and often forget important steps when dealing with a customer; and has put procedures in
place to eliminate these problems.
You can establish reliable quality control and reduce the stress of the ‘day to day’ running of your business by
utilising these templates. But what really ‘turns me on’ is that I can reduce my workload when setting up
procedures via the working templates
I get excited by the prospect that I can now maintain order in my ‘house of chaos’ because of the tools this
manual provides. I also think the bonus videos are of great value to anyone interested in marketing or learning how
others have achieved success.
