Like many others, I was delighted when I had email to communicate with my clients.  It was free and quick.  It certainly made ordinary mailing antiquated, or so I thought.  Email can still boast those features, but in my rush to make the most of this technology – I forgot one thing ‘how to build personal relationships with my clients so that they would remember and appreciate me – and remain loyal’.

Send Out Cards (SOC) allows you to bring back the personal touch in an easy and economical way.  Sure, it is not free, but most things aren’t!  You can choose from a huge assortment of images, or use your own (I really do prefer to use my own as it adds to the personal touch). Your written message can be in your own handwriting with your own signature and you can send an individual card or a card to a list e.g. Christmas time. The best thing is that you organise it from your computer and SOC do the rest; sending out a real card on your behalf.
